Accessibility Statement

Our Target

NTI Global is working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That is our target. This statement does not say the site meets it. There is one site for everyone. We do not use an accessibility overlay and we do not keep a separate version.

What Has Been Checked

  • An automated checker (axe-core) was run on 34 pages and reported no violations. An automated checker finds only some kinds of problems, so a clean result does not show that a page works for everyone.
  • Keyboard operation was checked: the skip link, the menu links, the search form, the product cards, the questions and answers on the FAQ page, and the photo viewer.
  • When a device asks for reduced motion, the site's animations are switched off in our checks. The rotating examples beside the search field have a Pause button.

Testing In Progress

Manual testing with assistive technology, including screen readers, voice control and switch access, is in progress. Its results are not part of this statement yet.

Known Limitations

  • Photograph descriptions are written per product category, not per photograph yet.
  • Install videos do not have captions or transcripts yet.
  • Text placed over photographs has not been checked for contrast.
  • The search results and part number suggestions have not been tested with screen readers.
  • Pages have been checked in one desktop browser at several window widths. Other browsers and real phones and tablets have not been checked.
