Who We Are

What We Collect
- Email address and state, when you request pricing and part numbers.
- The page you were on when you made the request, so a sales representative can see what you were looking at.
- Technical logs of requests to this site, including IP address, kept to prevent abuse. Retention period to be confirmed.
- The questions you type into search, saved for up to 90 days to help us improve search. We remove email addresses, phone numbers and long numbers first, and we do not save your IP address or anything else that identifies you with the question. Please do not type personal or order information into search.
How We Use It
We use this information to answer your request, to route it to the sales representative for your state, and to protect the site from abuse. The representative is copied on the reply we send you. Confirm any other use, such as marketing.
Who Receives It
Email is sent through a mail delivery provider. Bot checks on forms use Cloudflare Turnstile. Photographs currently load from Google Cloud Storage, so that service receives your IP address when a page loads. Update when photographs move to NTI Global storage. Confirm the full processor list.
